kitchens, at least professional ones, they are not as fancy as they look on tvshows. this is a very good perspective, and I really like your focus on just two things, (and for me the most importants in any pro kitchen) the equipment (of course) and the cooks (hello!!)...and this particular cook, the way he looks at the camera is amazing, it perfectly pictures the pride of each one of us who have had the joy (and hell sometimes) of worked in a kitchen..thank you..
